SoulKiss Theater is an arts education and performance initiative founded by Miki Vale, centering and celebrating the voices of Black queer women through playwriting and collaborative creation.

Rooted in the legacy of SoulKiss, a long-running Hip Hop event for Black queer women, Miki reimagined SoulKiss in 2020 in response to both the collective grief and isolation of the pandemic lockdown as well as the uprising for Black lives.

Through SoulKiss Theater, Miki develops and leads original performances, workshops, and creative projects that create space for underrepresented voices while fostering connection and community healing, and creating paid opportunities for Black artists.
