The Collective Anthem Experience is a high-impact, interactive team-building workshop where groups create an original song together in real time.
Guided by Miki Vale, participants move through Hip Hop-based games, storytelling prompts, rhythm, conversation, and collaborative lyric creation to build an anthem that reflects their culture, values, mission, and shared purpose.
No experience is necessary. The process is low-pressure, high-fun, and fully guided, with multiple ways for participants to contribute.
Designed for team retreats, leadership gatherings, conferences, universities, foundations, staff development, and mission-driven organizations, this experience helps groups build connection, spark creativity, and leave with something that is truly theirs.
